Dear Tim,
I am sitting here in my office in New York City amongst the skyscrapers, steel and concrete, and my mind is conjuring up pictures of my log home in Vermont. To say that Karen, Meghan, Kristan and I love the house is an understatement. It's everything we dreamed it would be and more.
You were right about the roof support system. It is absolutely beautiful…
I also want to take this opportunity to thank your crew… Last but not least Tim, thank you. Your assistance in the design and your technical (and moral) support all the way through this project were invaluable. Thank you for helping me make a dream come true.
Best Wishes Always,
G.D., Yonkers, New York

Tim,
We apologize that this was so long in coming but we sincerely wanted to thank you and your staff on-site in New Lowell, your office and the crew that was here in Calgary erecting our magnificent log home.
Probably the main reason that we have not written sooner is that there is a constant flow of traffic from miles around parading through our home. Word of your craftsmanship has certainly spread far and wide. People are always in awe as they gaze in amazement at the tightness of the logs and log joints. We have not heard one unkind or negative word. Most often people just stare and ask us where ever did we find such craftsmen.
We would like to ask that you extend our sincere thanks to the staff and crew with Bullock & Company. Please extend our sincere thanks to Eric for the beautiful work he did carving the two feature beams.....
Thanks again and all the best to you and your dedicated and highly skilled staff. Take care,
S & JH Cochrane, Alberta

Dear Tim,
Now that the last logs are set in place and the windows installed, I can step back and observe the miracle that you have accomplished over the past year or so. Yes it did take along time. Probably a lot more than you bargained for. We want you to know, though, that from our point of view it was well worth it. The "finished product" has many aspects that we have already grown to love, from the early design sessions, to the trips to Creemore, from the phone conversations to work out details to the delight in watching you and Joe work so well together, from the thoughtful changes that were made along the way to your fairness in dealing with additional costs, from the complicated yet smooth logistics of getting the logs from Ontario all the way to our coastal Maine island….all of this not to mention the majestic beauty and the satisfying aesthetics and fine workmanship of the finished product.
I'll never forget how difficult it was for us to try and figure out which log home builder to select, but now the job is complete there is no doubt in our minds that we made the very best selection, especially since it was such a complex job. We know you agonized long and hard over the technical challenges, but dealing with you through it all was always a great delight. You somehow found that perfect balance between respecting what we wanted (crazy as it might have seemed) and letting us know what had to be, based on your experience.
Sincerely, E.M, New York, NY
