Each Bullock & Company Log Home is as unique and individual as our clients themselves. Our homes are designed to personally reflect each client's dreams, needs and budget. As such, our literature does not contain typical floor plans. We do, however, offer a complete “in house” design service.
Upon receipt of our nominal design fee...our creative team launches into your project. While keeping your personal lifestyle, landscape and budget in mind your vision will take shape. Preliminary plans are produced that will lead to detailed final blueprints for construction. For whatever reason should you not decide to have our company proceed with the log work the design fee is non-refundable. Should you choose to have our company proceed with handcrafting the log work for you, the design fee is applied back against the cost of the Log Shell, thus reducing the cost for you. It is our intent to only offer our design services to those seriously considering a handcrafted Bullock & Company Log Home.
